The Opportunity:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a curated local portfolio & provide an exceptional level of care and attention to both landlords and tenants. With dedicated administration and accounts support, your role will be purely operational, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and delivering an elite standard of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a premium residential property portfolio.
• Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and service providers.
• Conducting routine inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, and compliance checks.
• Promptly addressing maintenance issues and ensuring seamless repair coordination.
• Preparing claims, finalising bonds, and representing clients at NCAT hearings when required.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Inner West rental market trends.
• Collaborating closely with the broader team to drive results and uphold service standards.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing residential portfolios at a senior level.
• Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Well-presented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Passionate about the real estate industry with a genuine desire to excel.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
