Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Be a person of your word and follow through, even if it costs you

Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager (managing your own portfolio)

Maintain a high level of service to landlords, tenants, creditors and anyone you come in contact with

Work efficiently in autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced small office team environment

Assistant Agent Certificate or working towards Class 1 or Class 2 Licence

Great at calmly solving problems and thinking on your feet

Take initiative with an attention to detail

Have a passion for people

Organisational skills
