AI Product Managers - mid to senior level

Location - open to Sydney and Melbourne only

Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office

One of our reputed Consulting clients is working across several major transformation projects focused on enabling advanced analytics, Gen AI, and machine learning capabilities for their varied Banking and Finance, Telco, Retail, Gov, Mining client's portfolio.

They are looking to hire passionate and visionary AI Product Managers - from mid to senior levels (Lead), to play a critical role in shaping the future of AI innovation across multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Defining and delivering the AI product road map in line with the broader business strategy.
• Managing time-lines, budgets, risks, and adoption strategies for AI/automation solutions.
• Product performance measurement and reporting, risk evaluation, management and discovery and delivery.
• Championing ethical AI use, data governance, and change management across the orgaisation's network.

Must Haves

• 3-6+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally within AI/ML product delivery.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics ecosystems, including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Power BI or Tableau a big plus.
• Proven track record delivering automation, AI, or data-led transformation within varied client project environments.
• Consultative mindset, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for using data to solve real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
