About the position
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Administration Officer (Reprographics) to join our Corporate Support team on a permanent part-time basis (60 hours per fortnight).
This role sits within the Corporate Strategy & Performance Directorate, supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of reprographic and administrative services across the City.

As an Administration Officer Reprographics, you will:
- Provide high-quality reprographic services, including printing, preparation, and finishing of publications to meet customer needs and corporate standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, maintaining records, and coordinating routine financial transactions (e.g., purchasing and invoicing).
- Maintain and monitor reprographic equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and supplies are managed effectively.
- Contribute to process improvements and business efficiency initiatives within the team.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administration and/or reprographic services.
- Has strong attention to detail and can work under pressure with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Has sound communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Is confident using information systems and office technology (intermediate computer skills preferred).
- Can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements in an office environment will be highly regarded.
