A well-established and privately owned construction company, with decades of experience in the commercial sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Brisbane-based team. Your Job

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of commercial construction projects (value of circa. $10m - $30m) from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards the company is known for.
Excellent client and trade relationships are the foundation of this business and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with high quality stakeholders ensuring high performance in delivery.

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position.
• Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore, Jobpac, Jonas.
• Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in managing all documentation, including agreements, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other project managers, design managers, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project partners.
• Improve / Implement best practices and procedures to optimise contract and project management processes and enhance project efficiency.
