Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Fleet & Corporate Sales team. This pivotal role is your chance to drive growth, forge key relationships, and significantly impact our success!

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities within the thriving fleet and corporate sales sector. You'll be targeting medium to large businesses, rental car companies, and government agencies, alongside collaborating with corporate partner programs and fleet leasing providers. A significant portion of your time (80%) will be dedicated to new business acquisition, with the remainder focused on nurturing existing clients and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive New Business: Strategically prospect, network, and cold call to secure new fleet and corporate sales opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and leasing companies.
  • Expertly Manage the Sales Cycle: Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and tenders, guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with aftersales teams to offer integrated service solutions and collaborate with Marketing on impactful campaigns.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
  • Client Champion: Provide exceptional customer service, advise clients on fleet optimization strategies, and proactively address feedback.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely quoting and follow-ups, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in fleet and corporate sales within the automotive industry.
  • Business Development Acumen: A strong track record of securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Automotive Expertise: In-depth knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and fleet management solutions.
  • Negotiation & Communication Pro: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strategic & Organized: Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong customer focus with a professional, "customer first" approach and unwavering integrity.
  • Passion for Products: A genuine passion for our products and the ability to effectively cross-sell our full portfolio of brands.
