The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will provide administrative support to the broader HR team, partnering closely with the wider national HR team.
You will gain exposure across a range of HR functions and be actively involved in key projects including the firm’s legal clerk and graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare employment contracts, variation letters and HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding processes and respond to general HR queries
• Maintain HR systems and employee records
• Provide administrative support across key projects and HR initiatives
• Support the coordination of clerkship and graduate program intakes

About You

• A recent HR graduate with strong administrative or coordination experience
• Previous exposure to professional services or legal environments - must have
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proactive, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative team setting
• Must have full Australian working rights
