The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team at Coolibah Quarry in Moranbah, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative environment in a family-owned company.

For the right candidate, we also offer a Certificate III in Business Administration traineeship, providing a valuable pathway for professional development and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Provide administrative support to Quarry Supervisors as instructed.
  
• Liaise with clients to facilitate CMF (Client Management Framework) and site induction processes.
  
• Coordinate site compliance for haulage plant.
  
• Perform data entry into various documents, systems, and applications within required timeframes.
  
• Assist with onboarding all site personnel, including medical and drug/alcohol bookings.
  
• Provide weighbridge break relief and leave coverage.
  
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
  
• Demonstrate strong computer skills.
