O&M Manuals Pty Ltd is a company that specialises in creating Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for the construction industry. An O&M manual is a valuable tool that provides detailed information about the building's construction, history, maintenance, instructions for operation, warranties, and guarantees. The purpose of the Operating and Maintenance Manuals is to provide suitable, adequate and relevant information to the owner to operate, manage and run the services.
Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Administrator, to work on-site at our office in Nerang, on the Gold Coast in QLD. You will be responsible for creating O&M manuals for client projects, ensuring all O&M manuals are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating the collection of data and materials, tracking project progress, liaising with clients and contractors, and maintaining records and documentation. We are looking for a professional with strong organisational skills, an eye for details (a must) who has a welcoming attitude, passionate work ethic and exceptional customer services skills. Must be available to work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm .
There will be training and support provided in a great environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must have a "Can DO" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in high level data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of using Adobe Pro, but not essential
- Experience with O&M Manual creation is a plus
