Site Administrator – Curragh Mine, Blackwater

Local Candidates Only | Monday to Friday | 7.30am-6.00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and dynamic Administrator to join our team based at Curragh Mine. This is a full-time role onsite at Curagh Mine. Suited to someone with prior experience in maintenance or operational admin—ideally within the crane or mobile plant industry.

This is a Monday to Friday position, and you’ll be home every night.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and Upload Fleet and Personnel compliance on site portal and internal company portals

Booking and changing flights and accommodation

Assist in general administration tasks, including ad hoc support to the broader ops team

Obtain quotes and raise purchase orders for PPE and Office Equipment

Familiar with booking and maintaining Coal Medicals & medical management plans

Use Excel, Word, Mobilise Me and other relevant systems with confidence.

Advocate and prioritise safety protocols.

Manage and update Work Orders – raising, tracking, and closing them in a timely manner.

About You:

Local candidate - this is a non-FIFO/DIDO position

Previous experience in a maintenance admin or similar environment preferred

Exposure to cranes, heavy vehicles, or mobile plant industries highly advantageous

Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team

Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Mobilise Me

Team player who is flexible and ready to support Site Coordinators and field personnel

Required to hold/complete Coal Medical and S11
