About the Role:

We're working closely with a key client within the tertiary education sector to help them source Product Analyst role – a hybrid between a Technical Business Analyst and a Junior Product Owner.
This role is focused on delivering smaller, high-volume initiatives that support core systems for students and teaching. You'll work across multiple product streams rather than owning a single product, giving you exposure to a broad portfolio of impactful work.

Key Focus Areas:

• Student Lifecycle (Primary focus)
• Teaching and Learning (Key focus)
• Experience and Support (Key focus)

Role Overview:
You’ll work closely with and report into Product Owners, absorbing some of their workload. This includes managing initiatives, leading sprint planning, and confidently engaging with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on products or Technical Product Owner
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Confident presenting initiatives to stakeholders and senior management
• Experience leading sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Ability to juggle multiple streams and adapt to shifting priorities
