About the role

Our client is a well established and highly successful US$200m industrial business, and is seeking an experienced IT/Business Systems Support Analyst to join their Enterprise software team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users, ensuring their IT systems and supportive infrastructure are functioning seamlessly. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Respond to and resolve technical support requests from business users in a timely and efficient manner

Diagnose and troubleshoot software and related hardware issues

Analyse user-reported issues and perform root-cause analysis

Coordinate resolution of software defects with the Development team

Provide guidance and training to users on the use of IT systems and applications

Perform quality assurance testing on resolved defects and new enhancements

Participate in system upgrades and enhancement rollouts

Maintain detailed records of support activities and ensure proper documentation

Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality of IT support

What we're looking for

Previous IT systems/applications support experience

Knowledge of ERP systems and/or manufacturing related systems will be advantageous

Exposure to Business Intelligence tools will be beneficial

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Consistent positive feedback from training participants

Accuracy and thoroughness in QA testing

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively
