We have dedicated office space in Gosford, Haymarket and Parramatta, with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.
The Long Service Corporation is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Services that reports directly to the Managing Director of Service NSW whilst maintaining its executive agency status.
About the team:
The Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry, and we're about to launch our third scheme for community services industry (CSI).
The Manager Business Transformation will develop a transformation program that uplifts enterprise processes, operating model, governance, and culture across the corporation.
This is the role for a team player who has a passion for continuous improvement and co-designing impactful operational change.

Your day-to-day:
- Implementing a business transformation framework that enables prioritisation of the right initiatives
- Engagement with the LSC brains trust and our stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of each business unit undergoing a transformation in preparation for the development of the future state.
- Development of transformation plans that outline a clear delivery roadmap for LSC to successful completion.
- Implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation.
- Prepare advice to highlight key actions for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including prioritisation of portfolio activities and proactive risk management.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Experience in implementing frameworks that uplift operating systems.
- You can balance and prioritise competing demands.
- The ability to drive cultural change and create a great team environment. This extends to influencing stakeholders at all levels and creating a data led decision making environment.

Salary Clerk 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at 145,378 base plus superannuation
