About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Transformation Specialist to make a tangible impact by supporting the integration of multiple businesses into a single streamlined operating model.

You’ll play a central role in process standardisation, system implementations, and unlocking efficiencies across a multi-entity structure.

This business has recently rolled out SAP S4Hana Cloud and now seeks an experienced transformation leader to deliver the “last mile” of change, including process alignment, data consistency, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mapping and standardisation of financial and operational processes
  • Analyse current vs. future-state workflows to remove inefficiencies and improve controls
  • Deliver key transformation projects including contract management system and asset module integration
  • Identify and implement automation or AI-driven solutions to enhance transactional functions
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure successful change adoption
  • Partner with IT and Finance to enable successful systems integration
  • Support governance improvements and drive best-practice compliance

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or project delivery
  • Strong background in multi-entity or post-merger environments
  • Hands-on SAP S4Hana Cloud experience
  • Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Advanced process mapping and project management tool proficiency
