Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Team Leader who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and drive real impact. Our client manufacturers customised Steel equipment to a variety of industries including Agriculture, Manufacturing, Mining and ideally the successful candidate could have some basic understanding of technical mechanical solutions.

About the Role

As our Marketing Team Leader you’ll be the engine behind our sales and marketing efforts. Your mission: generate quality leads, elevate our brand, and deliver marketing initiatives that actually move the needle. You’ll play a key role across both strategy and execution – from creating engaging content to coordinating events and supporting advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Create and execute strategies to generate quality leads across multiple channels

Work closely with our sales team to identify key accounts and support lead conversion

Track performance of lead generation and conversion to continuously refine tactics

Marketing Execution

Develop eye-catching content (videos, photos, brochures, promos)

Manage our social media presence and grow online engagement

Support paid advertising with external providers to optimise performance

Coordinate and attend tradeshows/events to build brand awareness

Gather customer feedback and produce powerful testimonial videos

We’re Looking For Someone With:

Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, especially in lead generation

Creative flair and hands-on content creation experience (Canva a bonus)

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Experience with social media platforms and marketing analytics

A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities

A passion for growth, results, and continuous improvement
