Your new role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager - Activation to join our Hays internal Marketing team. Joining Hays, means you'll be part of a forward-thinking business that's going places. This is a full-time permanent role. While we prefer the successful candidate to be based in Sydney CBD, we are open to considering applicants located anywhere within Australia and can offer flexibility regarding location.
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, campaigns, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Acting as the operational link between all marketing teams, the Marketing Activation Manager ensures campaign briefs are accurately interpreted, brand and copy standards are consistently upheld, and all marketing assets are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Campaign & Creative Delivery: Execute strategic briefs into compelling marketing content across channels, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Workflow Management: Oversee production schedules, lead project meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Messaging & Content Oversight: Lead content and copy teams, refine messaging for target audiences, and manage workflow between creative teams and partners.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong operational experience in marketing, particularly in campaign delivery and creative development.
- Proven ability to work closely with content and design teams and guide audience-first messaging and creative strategies.
- Skilled in managing timelines, interpreting briefs, and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into compelling creative outputs and messaging.
- High standards for quality, brand consistency, and stakeholder communication.
- Background in marketing traffic, studio coordination, or campaign production is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
