Our client is a leading boutique Australian financing & securitised lending platform. Their operations encompass a diverse range of commercial lending solutions. They provide securitized loans of up to $40m to investors, non- residents, SMSFs and property development and construction clients.

Working with the business Directors your primary responsibility will be to learn all aspects of the business and assist the owners to manage the loan origination, credit and loan settlement processes. You will learn from seasoned professionals about creating great customer experiences that have earned this group their stellar reputation in only a few short years of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Directors in managing relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners.
• Learn about non-bank lending products and how to present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, gaining firsthand experience in the sales process.
• Assist in the preparation of loan applications, documentation & outbound marketing.
• Stay informed about industry trends and non-bank lending developments.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to grow the company’s client base.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals & market research.

Your qualities & experience will include:

1. Attitude and enthusiasm are mandatory, with tertiary qualifications preferred.
2. Any experience in a customer facing role and an openness to learning and a hunger to succeed.
3. Any experience or exposure to financial services will be looked upon favourably.
4. Ability to operate in an agile manner whilst maintaining a customer centric approach.
5. Excellent communication skills whilst operating in a complex and dynamic environment.
