Current Opportunities

We’re currently hiring for:

Sales Estimators working closely with clients and sales teams to bring deals to life

Production Estimators focused on workflow, accuracy, and documentation

Roles across custom home builders, project home builders, and multi-residential developers

Builders using a variety of programs including Databuild, Buildxact, Planswift, and Cubit

Who We're Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in a residential estimating role (Sales or Production)

Exposure to custom homes, KDR, duplexes, or project homes

Confidence with quoting software (Databuild, Cubit, Buildxact, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team
