Next Storey Home Additions is a specialist company focused on designing and building first-floor additions. We are currently seeking a Production Estimator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing project cost control

Preparing and issuing trade and material purchase orders

Developing and maintaining Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Liaising with trades and suppliers

Managing the company’s cost database

Collaborating with the sales estimator to ensure accuracy in pricing and rates
