The role will be production and sales estimating.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and quotes
• BOQs
• Complete take offs
• Issue purchase orders
• Liaise with internal staff and supervisors on site
• Site visits
• Variations

Role Requirements

• Estimating experience in the residential / project home industry
• Housing product knowledge
• Tertiary qualifications or trade qualifications in construction preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to commit full time to an office based role.
