Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to provide comprehensive services in compliance-based financial reporting, sustainability disclosures, and accounting systems. This role involves advising clients on business planning, financial structures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting organizational decision-making through financial analysis and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver services related to compliance-based financial, non-financial, and sustainability-related reporting, and insolvency matters.

Provide expert advice on business plans, organizational structures, and accounting systems tailored to client or organizational needs.

Examine and analyse the income and expenditure patterns of individuals and organizations to support financial decision-making.

Conduct financial investigations, prepare detailed analytical reports, and manage insolvency cases in line with regulatory frameworks.

Assist in the development and implementation of budgetary and accounting policies to promote fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Advise on statutory record-keeping and documentation obligations for associations and entities to ensure ongoing compliance.

Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting processes and systems, with a focus on sustainability and governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in auditing, financial analysis, or financial compliance.

Strong understanding of accounting systems, financial regulations, and sustainability reporting standards.

Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and professionalism with a strong ethical mindset.

Strong communication and advisory skills for working with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable:

Knowledge of sustainability frameworks or reporting experience.

Experience working in or advising associations, non-profits, or public sector entities.

Multilingual skills.
