Recently the Company is recruiting a general accountant to join our team to help us on our

expansion of business.

The Key responsibilities and duties are listed as below:

Preparation of tax returns and financial statements for clients from different industries;

Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports as requested from client;

Prepare financial statements for presentation to client, ATO and other government

agencies;

Providing financial advice to clients to improve their business structure, plans and

operations;

Assisting with and providing taxation planning, business advice and all compliance

requirements;

Assist clients in developing and maintaining accountant system, and advise client on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems;

Keeping up to date with technical and technological developments;

Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management onneeded actions;
