Position Overview:
eSafety Supplies is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team on a full-time basis. Remuneration and hours are negotiable for the right person.
The role will include all facets of accounting duties and you will the go-to person.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee daily accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger.

Ø Manage payroll and related functions

Ø Manage the integrity of the systems and ensure accuracy of data

Ø Liaising customers and suppliers

Ø Train, guide and manage junior staff members

Ø Develop process and systems

Ø Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Traits:

Ø Full working rights in Australia

Ø Tertiary qualifications in accounting

Ø Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role

Ø Preferred but not mandatory, experience in Odoo, Xero or similar accounting software and ERP Systems

Ø Experience Excel and Microsoft applications

Ø A proactive team player with a can-do attitude!

Ø Ability to work independently and in a team environment and meet deadlines

Ø Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
