About the role

As the Account Manager (Letterboxing Division) at Mr Moto', you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our letterboxing services. This full-time, office-based role in Collingwood, VIC, will see you working closely with clients to ensure their direct mail campaigns are executed to the highest standard.

Part-time positions also available.

What you'll be doing

Managing and developing relationships with new and existing letterboxing clients

Providing strategic account management, including regular communication, reporting and addressing client needs

Identifying opportunities to expand existing client accounts and win new business

Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our letterboxing processes and services

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within the marketing or print services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset

Familiarity with direct mail and letterbox distribution processes and regulations

Proficiency in using CRM systems
