The Vendor & Communications Manager plays a key role in managing the full vendor lifecycle - from onboarding and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and renewals.
At the same time, the role leads communications that keep leadership and internal teams aligned on vendor activity, performance and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, contracts, compliance, and renewals
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards
- Act as the main point of contact for all external IT vendors
- Collaborate with procurement and finance to ensure vendor spend is optimised
- Identify opportunities for new or improved vendor partnerships
Communications
- Create and manage communication strategies for vendor-related programs and initiatives
- Write clear, timely updates for internal teams and leadership
- Develop reports, presentations, and briefing material for stakeholders
- Coordinate communications between vendors and various business units
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, or IT operations
- Experience in vendor management or communications
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
