Marketing and Communications Advisor

Are you a passionate storyteller and strategic communicator looking to make a meaningful impact? This market leader in education is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Advisor to join its vibrant Community Engagement team.

As a key member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the institution’s profile, reputation, and engagement with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. Working closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and produce high-quality communications and publications that reflect the institution’s brand and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising initiatives to engage the community.
• Draft and produce compelling communications, including newsletters, media releases, and key publications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Monitor and analyse marketing and communication efforts to improve engagement and reach.
• Support major events and campaigns with well-crafted messaging and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, media, or communications within a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail, excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to the ethos and values of the institution.
