🔑 Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Property Inspections: Conduct all ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, ensuring accurate documentation, follow-up, and compliance with legislation.

Maintenance Coordination: Action repairs and maintenance promptly, liaising with trusted tradespeople and ensuring clear communication with landlords and tenants.

Tenancy Management: Handle all aspects of leasing, including advertising, open homes, tenant screening, lease preparation, and renewals.

Client Relations: Build strong and lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, offering professional advice and prompt assistance.

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, ensure legislative compliance, and prepare necessary documentation for tribunal or internal reporting.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our young, energetic business owners and friendly support team to maintain our high service standards.

🧰 Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum 3 years in residential property management.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Console Cloud and Inspection Manager highly regarded.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Time Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Licensing: Current NSW Real Estate Licence.
