We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Support Representative with a knack for communication, organisation, and a technical mindset to join our eastern sales team.
If you enjoy client-facing roles, especially sales, as well as using your technical mindset to understand how things work, solve problems, and work with technology, tools, machinery or the like, you could be a great fit here. We’ll give you the training and support to thrive in a rewarding sales support career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support our technical sales team to deliver outstanding service and solutions to clients
Support selling our full range of tools and services to support our equipment
Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients who have a need for our products
Help identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing customers in several industries including mining, refining, oil and gas, transportation industries
Provide backup support to our customer service team
Collaborate with your sales manager to maximise your impact and efficiency

What You’ll Bring:
Technical aptitude—meaning you’re good at understanding how things work, solving problems, and using tools, machinery or technology
Customer service or sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and an openness to feedback and willingness to learn
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Physically fit (able to lift tools up to 20kg)
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer sites (ad hoc basis)
Permanent work rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid visa)
