About the Role
We’re looking for a capable and organised Customer Service professional to join our head office team in Sunnybank Hills. This is a full-time, in-office role working closely with our national customer base and internal departments.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, process sales orders using our ERP system, and provide admin support to both the sales and accounts teams. It’s a fast-paced role with a lot of moving parts, so strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities is key.
This is not a call centre role. You’ll be working with a small, experienced team and handling long-term B2B relationships—not just one-off transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Process sales orders accurately using our ERP system (Epicor)
• Assist the sales team with quotes, stock availability, and delivery updates
• Follow up with procurement and warehouse teams on orders and inventory
• Provide admin support to the finance team with invoicing and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and internal notes
• General admin tasks as needed—pitching in across the team where required
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or admin—ideally B2B
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Calm, organised approach to handling multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)
• ERP system experience preferred (Epicor ideal but not essential)
• A reliable, proactive team player who takes ownership of their work
