This role involves drawing on a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience - which include:
Essential Criteria
Ability to work effectively as part of an established, cohesive team
Competence in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to lead and present information to a large group
Ability to line manage a team, including performance management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use a CRM system and rostering software
Effective rostering skills are a key component of the role
Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
Excellent time management skills
Highly regarded skills
Previous service coordination experience
Experience in the Disability sector
Sector knowledge of the NDIS
Experience delivering shared supports in a SIL environment.
