Etan Healthcare is a small, fast-rising disability services provider based in Perth, with a niche in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities by helping them achieve their life goals .

We are seeking a full-time NDIS Service Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team, working from our Stirling office to provide coordination support for participants both north and south of the river.

About the role

Oversee and manage operations in our shared independent living home.

Provide oversight and coordination of services for our Community Participation program.

Provide leadership and supervision to a team of support workers.

Effectively liaise with external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of support services.

Monitor the delivery of supports to participants, ensuring alignment with individual goals.

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies for participants

Completing administrative and data entry tasks

Actively coordinate, monitor and report on supports in accordance with the participant's plans

Provide timely Reports as required by our Stakeholders

Work one-on-one with clients with regular weekly visits to ensure their support needs are being met.

Comply with NDIS rules and regulations.

About you

Be passionate about the NDIS industry and willing to make a positive change.

An understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder is desirable but not essential.

Previous coordinator experience or managerial experience necessary.

Have people Management skills to delegate, resolve conflict and understand complex organizational dynamics

Rostering experience

Ability to work independently using initiative, as well as part of a team to support the best interests of clients

Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
