About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee contract administration for residential and commercial solar projects. Key duties include drafting and reviewing agreements, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as our Technical team, Sales consultants and commercial team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Prepare, draft, review, and administer contracts related to solar installations, battery storage systems, EV charging, and energy-efficient water and pool heating solutions.
· Interpret contract terms, conditions, obligations, and risks to ensure commercial and legal compliance.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Technical, Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams to align contractual arrangements with project and business objectives.
· Monitor contract execution and ensure obligations by all parties are met in accordance with agreed terms.
· Identify, evaluate, and process contract variations, extensions, or amendments, and assist in managing claims or disputes.
· Support procurement activities by reviewing subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure alignment with commercial and regulatory requirements.
· Assist with tendering processes including the preparation of contract documentation and evaluation of submissions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documentation, correspondence, and compliance certifications.
· Manage contract compliance in alignment with industry legislation, internal policies, and organisational procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Tertiary qualification in Law, Contract Management, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
· Strong analytical, legal writing, and document review capabilities
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies
· Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
· High attention to detail and proficiency in legal documentation
