This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who loves accuracy, structure and getting things done right. As our ICT Contracts & Procurement Officer, you’ll take the lead on tracking and managing ICT contracts, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

If you enjoy repeatable processes, spreadsheets, and making sure every renewal, invoice and asset is accounted for — this role will give you both satisfaction and impact.

About the Role

This position is titled Senior ICT Administrator under our internal classification.

  • Managing contract lifecycles, renewals, and service level tracking for ICT suppliers
  • Coordinating procurement processes including quotes, purchase orders, receipting and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate financial and asset records in our systems
  • Supporting the ICT team through consistent administration and vendor coordination
  • Monitoring budgets and supporting reporting on spend and operational data
  • Contributing to process improvements and better ways of managing digital services

About You

  • Enjoys repetitive and structured work, and finds reward in getting things right
  • Is detail-focused and highly organised, especially with numbers and systems
  • Has experience with procurement, contract admin, or ICT operations
  • Works well with suppliers and understands the importance of getting the paperwork right
  • Can manage timelines and keep things moving without being chased
  • Has experience using financial or asset systems (e.g. TechOne)
