The Role: Project & Contract Administrator – FIFO 2:1 Roster

As the Project & Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery by coordinating all mobilisation activities, including logistics, transport, accommodation, and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll assist with preparing and maintaining project reports, managing document control, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing project documentation such as service requests, technical queries, and variation submissions.

Our Client is a privately owned Western Australian company specialising in a range of services, including mining services, construction, building maintenance, civil works, electrical, plumbing and gas, labour hire, and controlled waste management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an onsite projects administration, site administration and/or contracts administration role.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar.
• WA Drivers licence.
• White Construction Card.
• Strong attention to detail, with project and contract knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to work with multiple stakeholders.
