Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Drive menu execution aligned with Hatched Chicken's chef-driven philosophy.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, supplier management, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Front of House management to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Manage food costings, budgets, labour costs, and financial KPIs.
- Maintain superior kitchen presentation, hygiene, food safety, and WHS compliance at all times.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Ensure exceptional quality control and product integrity across all menu items.
- Assist with pre-opening preparations for new store openings, including recruitment and supplier setup.
- Manage kitchen rostering, staff schedules, and timesheet approvals.
- Foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture that reflects our values and high standards.
