The Role
As the first point of contact at our Spring Hill clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with us.
This is a part-time position requiring between 22-30 hours per week. While your primary workplace will be our Spring Hill clinic, the role will also require you to work occasional shifts at our other sites as required. These other sites include Mt. Gravatt and Auchenflower, both of which are easily accessible by public transport.
Key Responsibilities
Flexibility to assist at other Extend Rehabilitation clinics when needed.
Greet patients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries.
Coordinate communication with specialist rooms and hospitals.
Maintain a clean, organised front desk and waiting area.
Provide administrative support to therapists and clinic operations.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a committed and proactive individual who is:
Fluent in English, with clear and confident communication skills for extensive phone interaction.
Seeking a stable, long-term role.
Professional, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Equipped with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexible to travel between clinics as required (driver’s licence essential).
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
