We are a small Accountancy Practice located in Sandgate, Qld, looking to employ a receptionist.
Responsibilites will include:
General office administration
Customer service, good communication skills
Maintaining appointment calendars, answering phones
Process incoming and outgoing mail including emails
General filing, scanning of documents for electronic filing
Accounts Receivable
The successful applicant will need to be able to work without supervision and have experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
Hours required as follows:
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday July through to September
9am to 2pm Monday to Friday October through to June
