A successful and highly regarded construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. They build a range of commercial newbuild and apartment projects.

As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Mentoring of less experienced staff
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:

• Construction Management/Building Qualification or equivalent
• Proven industry experience on commercial or apartment projects.
• Proved experience delivering D&C projects
• Proven track record of training less experienced staff
• Drive and focus for career progression
• Broad knowledge of OH&S
• Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Software
