We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations on our remote construction sites across WA. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone confident in managing complex works in remote environments, coordinating teams and trades, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

About the role:

You will be the lead on-site, ensuring successful execution of construction activities. Responsibilities include:

Leading site teams, including supervisors, trades, and subcontractors.

Ensuring compliance with WHSEQ standards and reinforcing a strong safety culture.

Coordinating daily work schedules, materials, plant, and labour to maintain productivity.

Monitoring site progress and ensuring works are delivered to scope, on time and within budget

Communicating with the Project Manager regarding site status, risks, and resourcing.

Overseeing quality assurance documentation and site reporting using company systems.

Identifying and mitigating site-level risks to safety, schedule, quality, and cost.

You will have:

Have significant (5+ years) construction experience in the residential and commercial sectors and have experience in working in remote locations.

Possess strong leadership and site management skills.

Hold a trade qualification, Cert IV, or higher in Building and Construction or related field.

Be confident with project sequencing and daily site planning.

Have a strong understanding of safety (Cert IV in WHS or higher required).

Be proficient in MS Office and site management tools.

Be based in Perth or surrounding areas.

Ideally, you will also have previous experience on mine sites, or with modular / commercial construction.
