The Opportunity
We are looking for a team leader or Manager or even a Junior Manager ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll work closely with approachable, experienced Partners who are committed to your growth. You’ll lead your own team and manage a portfolio of valued clients, playing a key role in our firm’s continued success.

• Taxation Services: Income Tax, GST, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), and Payroll Tax compliance and advice
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Comprehensive bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting services for all entity types—sole traders, partnerships, trusts (discretionary, unit, hybrid), companies, and joint ventures
• Business Advisory: Strategic advice for starting, buying, or selling a business, profitability improvement, and asset protection
• Compliance: Preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other compliance reporting
• Business Management: Practical support to help you manage and grow your business efficiently and effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, including fast-growing SMEs and larger businesses across multiple sectors
• Lead compliance and advisory engagements, delivering quality outcomes across diverse industries
• Mentor and develop junior accountants, helping them build their technical and professional skills
• Build strong, lasting client relationships and provide practical, strategic advice
• Partner with senior leadership on client acquisition and business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Min 5–7 years’ or more experience in Australian public practice, with a focus on Business Services
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong technical capability across tax and advisory, including GST
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Proactive communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
