The Company:

The Opportunity:

• Ensure tax compliance, including IAS/BAS lodgements, payroll tax reporting, and local government submissions
• Process payroll and support general HR administration
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
• Coordinate ERP upgrades and customisations; provide user support and assist with testing
• Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc finance duties as required
• Manage end-of-month reporting, job profitability analysis, financial statements, and budget planning
• Forecast cash flow and track weekly KPIs
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register
• Prepare and reconcile financial data for external audits

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Membership with CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants (CA)
• Experience in Construction, Commercial, Residential or Manufacturing industries considered
• Demonstrates a professional, proactive approach to work
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
