We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused person to join our team as Full-Time Production Assistant. Experience is a definite plus but we will consider other relevant experience seriously as well.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help with the filling, labelling, and packing of skincare products. You’ll work alongside a friendly, experienced team in a clean, well-organised production environment.

Your Day May Include:

• Filling and packaging skincare products to specification

• Batch making

• Operating semi-automatic filling and sealing machines

• Assisting with minor machine cleaning and general production duties

• Following GMP and WHS procedures to maintain a safe, high-quality space

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

• Physically capable of manual handling (up to 20kg)

• A team player who communicates well and follows instructions

• Prior experience in skincare, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a bonus, but not essential

• Willingness to learn, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Hours of Work

We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Hours open to negotiation based on your requirements and relevant salary sacrifice
