We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst who’s confident working across both functional and technical domains – from website enhancements and online customer journeys to broader digital initiatives and detailed documentation.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the analysis for digital projects including websites, online forms, portals and customer journeys;
• Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to translate needs into clear requirements;
• Own documentation across digital systems and processes (functional specs, user stories, process flows, etc.);
• Contribute to digital initiatives beyond websites – think self-service tools, integrations, and optimisation projects; and
• Support delivery teams through testing, implementation and continuous improvement cycles.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst on digital projects (web, mobile, portals, or similar);
• Strong understanding of both business needs and technical capabilities;
• Confidence documenting functional requirements, process flows, wireframes or journey maps;
• Experience working across full project lifecycles in Agile or hybrid environments; and
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
