This hybrid role requires a strong mix of functional expertise and technical understanding across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions;
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects and admins to ensure successful delivery;
• Analyse and improve existing Salesforce processes and configurations across multiple clouds;
• Support solution design, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation; and
• Act as the go-to person for Salesforce best practices, capability planning and feature rollouts.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations (technical and functional);
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design;
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to guide implementation and ensure business alignment; and
• Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.
