Senior Business Analyst - Data Transformation

We're working with a leading Tier 1 financial services organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide data transformation. They're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of modern data capabilities across the business.

You'll work closely with stakeholders from across business, technology, and data to help define, document, and deliver end-to-end solutions that support better reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and data requirements for data platforms, pipelines, and reporting
• Work with data architects and engineers to define future-state processes and data models
• Support the implementation of data governance, quality, and metadata frameworks
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Assist in mapping existing data flows and designing target state solutions
• Support testing and validation of data outputs to ensure they meet business expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data concepts including lineage, quality, transformation, and modelling
• Experience working on large-scale data or digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries is highly regarded
