In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams, scoping and delivering data-led solutions that meet compliance needs while harnessing AI and automation to improve efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business data needs into technical deliverables.
• Leading data analysis for regulatory projects within a large-scale financial environment.
• Reviewing and testing data pipelines, ensuring data quality and compliance standards are met.
• Supporting AI and automation integration to streamline complex data processes.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working on data warehousing, analytics or data transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills, particularly in reconciling data across multiple platforms.
• A proactive mindset, with a keen interest in AI, automation, and driving meaningful change.
• Understanding of data governance, data risk, and quality management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
