Must have experience in high volume premium quality CBD steakhouse restaurant dealing with highest standard of ingredients and clientelle. Stock control, prep, service, assist with rostering. Experience with premium steaks and meat cuts as well as delicate seafoods. Firegrill kitchen is a premium large show kitchen and provides an excellent work environment to be proud of.
