About the Role
As Chef de Partie in the pastry section, you will support the preparation and service of all dessert elements. You’ll work closely with our Pastry Chef and kitchen leadership to deliver consistently high standards, applying both classical and contemporary techniques to craft dishes that complement our unique seafood menu.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and plating of all desserts and pastry items
Uphold quality, consistency, and presentation standards during service
Work efficiently during mise en place and service in a clean, organised manner
Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to support smooth operations
Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development and tastings
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always maintained
About You
2+ years experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with pastry focus
Solid foundation in pastry fundamentals and an eagerness to learn
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Passion for working with seasonal produce and sustainable principles
Calm under pressure, with a positive and team-focused attitude
