What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough assessments and identifying the extent of panel damage on vehicles

Utilising specialised tools and equipment to expertly repair, straighten, and realign vehicle panels

Preparing and priming vehicle surfaces in preparation for painting

Collaborating with the paint team to ensure a seamless and high-quality finish

Adhering to strict quality control standards and industry best practices

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to optimise productivity

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Panel Beating or a related trade

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the panel beating industry

Proficiency in using a wide range of panel beating tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A commitment to safety and a collaborative team-oriented approach

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
