Service Advisor – Bridgestone Select Auto Services - Osborne Park & Morley

We are looking for new service advisor to head up our front of house at Bridgestone Select in Osborne Park

The responsibilities, will include dealing with sales enquiries by phone, email and in person. Preparing and issuing quotes for vehicle services, tyres, upgrades, and repairs etc. Ordering and inputting parts for work and stock, and liaising with the workshop crew to coordinate all work in and out. Creating customer work orders and invoices, taking payments and reconciling daily takings. Helping to oversee OHS, stock control and general business administrations.

Our ideal person will have experience within the industry, either as a former mechanic or with some industry administrative and/or sales background that is relevant to the role. They will need to have good sales skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and be well presented. Good administration and time management competence, with PC experience preferably using industry systems and MS Office Suite. Training for the role will be given, as well as ongoing personal development training.
